I don’t recomment doing this in the slightest (ew germs) but a metal quill might work if you cleaned it with alcohol first. The victorians thought germs were passed through bad smells so this wouldn’t occur to them as dangerous/infection risk. Play safe kids!
I’m loving the little hints of colour in this page- I figure if I’m paying for colour printing I might as well do a couple of things in red per page.
And I have the perfect pen for this sort of this, but it would totally ruin the nib, and I need it for drawing. *sigh*
Lovely thought, though.
Also, loving John’s face in this. He looks so pleased with himself.
Hmmmm interesting can’t wait to see the finished work
Irradiated feathers. They’re sold in most craft stores and don’t carry any germs because of the treatment. Dip them in alcohol and you’re covered.
Just saying.
Thanks for the idea! One of my sweeties, usually my top, found that they enjoy being a bottom for knife play. I enjoyed watching them play with a very willing top for a knife scene at an event last week, and have decided I’d be willing to try it, but don’t want to just pick up a sharp knife and go to it.
Besides, I do calligraphy and also love to write on people!
L? Hmmm. What was he going to write? Or was he just practicing with any letter? Part of me thinks it’s “Love” to make the title of this chapter a pun (i.e. the letters that make up the word “Love”). But another part of me thinks “Love” is just a little ahh … soft? for this kind of act.
maybe lust, as a tie-in to the last story.
I thought it was just a pretty squiggle!
