LOL Oh dear. This is going to take some time to fix xD
Oh nooooo. I *also* possess shackles with that lock, and I think I might panic in the case they were to lock like this–they’re so much sturdier than modern handcuffs! Poor boy!
The first thing to unpack from the rope kit is the safety shears! Unfortunately, that’s not so easy to do when using actual shackles like this. Oops. (They’re still relatively easy to get out of, especially with help, but it’s still a safety issue, especially when combined with panic.)
