Sir, Butler and Boy ~ A Cream Tea ~ Page 11
PLOT TWIST- they were all consenting adults who cared for each other all along! Dammit yaoi/romance genre, this shouldn’t be a plot twist.
I spent ages trying to get this page to flow properly- it’s supposed to imply a scene change and I’m still not happy with it, but as it’s traditionally drawn, TOUGH TITTIES, this is how it will have to be.
It’s a dream of mine to one day sleep in a four poster bed. It’s getting to the point that I’m genuinely considering making one myself, not that I don’t already have enough house projects going.
YES THANK YOU TAB this plot twist should happen in ALL THE PORN stories ever
But some of us like to read non-con stories too.
The only real problem I have with non-con fictional stories is when I think of the possibility of uneducated and young people reading them and not understanding the importance of consent in real life.
That’s not to say that I think non-con fiction shouldn’t exist. I indulge in it as well sometimes. I think there should be a bigger importance placed on educating young people on proper consent and protection. I also think there should be more stories that include discussions of consent and protection in order to balance out the number of non-con stories out there.
Here, here! Balanced porn.
I think, the importance here, is distinguishing between non-con stories that simply present non-con versus those which support it. Fifty Shades of Gray, for example, did the latter. It romanticized non-con, stalking and abusive relationships. On the other hand, there are a lot of non-con fic that don’t romanticize it or make it even remotely seem like it’d be a good thing to seek out. I think a lot of responsible non-con writers also put warnings before hand that explain just that as well, that their story is, by no means, encouraging or endorsing non-con situations.
This exactly! There’s a place for non-con stories if it’s also made explicit that it’s NOT OKAY in real life, either within or outside the text
Stevens universe is doing wickedly good job of educating people on social issues. Like they spen a week teaching 8 year olds consent. (As well as celebrating & including LGBT)
Non con has it’s place for exploring that kind of fantasy, but it sometimes feels that it’s the ONLY damn thing available so I’m doing my bit to get the sort of story I want out there.
People get off on rape? Or is there a difference between non-con and rape? In my mind “non-con” is just a more palatable way of phrasing it to avoid the gravity of what it is.
Oh dear, common misconception there! Nobody gets off on like, ACTUAL REAL RAPE, like a non-fiction account of it or something. (well someone, somewhere, probably does, but that person is a fucked up person) It’s like… people who like vore aren’t glamorizing or excusing cannibalism (again, except for the occasional weirdo). People who like being hit in BDSM scenes aren’t glamorizing abuse. It’s a fantasy like any of those other things. Now, I can’t speak for Dom/mes who are into it, but on the submissive side, I think it’s both an extension of the (actually fake cause you can stop any time of course) helplessness in any scene? It’s the same feeling, just taken to a more extreme measure if that makes sense. There are also plenty of people who can explain this better than me, so I recommend googling if you’re still confused.
TL;DR, it’s like any more extreme BDSM fantasy–a fantasy. The participants understand the severity of the subject, and make certain that they don’t cross the line from fantasy to reality in any way.
here’s a good explanation (tho i disagree that consent is never sexy)

Tab, I really like what you did with this story and this page.
In the kink community, I see a lot of people talk about “consensual non-consent” (rather than “rape play”) because it emphasizes that it’s, well, consensual, despite what it may seem like.
As for this story, though, maybe I’m just used to a variety of D/s relationships, but nothing in this seemed non-consensual or even dubious consent (so I wasn’t expecting to see people talking about non-consent in the comics, but hey, yay diversity of viewing things)… I got the vibe from the beginning that this is just part of their dynamics. Even if it didn’t end this way, it’s still consensual within certain roles. *shrug* Like, I know D/s couples who do this kind of thing (though not in the same roles, typically just Dom(me)/sub or whatever, and less elaborately) and that’s just how they roll.
Yes, because it’s hot. And it’s clearly visible it’s acting, and not a real rape. It’s like with horror films – people don’t enjoy killing, but they enjoy watching what they know is fiction. When I see porn actress changing face expression from “what should I get for dinner?” to “oh, my face is being filmed!” to “oh no, stop doing this” – it’s short enough to not set me off-track but long enough to know I’m enjoying acting, not an actual violence.
There are some people who fetishize [sorry if that’s spelled wrong] rape scenes where the sub person is put in a helpless situation, but as it is two consenting people playing out a fetish through role play, it is more referred to as a non-con situation or non-con fantasy. Non-con stands for non-consensual. It sounds a lot better to say you enjoy non-con fantasies rather than say you enjoy being raped or something along those lines. That sounds horrifying.
On another note Non-con is also something often done in fiction like comics, manga, fan fiction and whatnot. There is also a less volatile subcategory of non-con which is called dub-con which stands for Dubious consent, where consent is not shown but is implied or even where it’s hard to tell if consent is implied or if it is lacking.
Sure hope this helps :D
Stories where it is clear that they are all consenting adults doing a scene together get me way hotter than ones that it isn’t. The connection between the people feels stronger and there is a fuller set of emotions.
I don’t know that it needs to be a feature of all porn stories exactly, but certainly I’d like to see it in a lot more of them.
I consider it this way: how would some of the things I do with my partners look if taken out of context? (In particularly what my Goddess and I do …) We have strong, tight, loving relationships together and seeing us in those moments likely wouldn’t show that. (Nor would it show the negotiations, and most importantly – the consent of all participants!)
Great story, thank you for making it!
Haha. Cream sounds like such a pampered person, especially with that bed. I love it! Great page,Tab.
Knowing this was done by Tab, I just assumed from the beginning that they were consensual. XD
I do agree that there’s not enough discussion of consent in most erotic media though.
anyone else having a frustratingly difficult time getting the comic to load?
Doesn’t load :((
