Eehhhh…
Apart from a few select company holidays, I didn’t actually take any vacation days in December. Quite proud of myself for that. However, a bunch of people I work with (remotely) did take the remainder of their vacation days because it’s use-or-lose for them. So today rolled around and we finally got Operations to fix the shit that our shit runs on. Today has been very productive.
I managed to land myself a Voc Rehab position at the local VA where I live. If things go well, I may be able to snag a permanent position there later on. Got my work ID card today, and I start Thursday. Excited.
