This last page reminds me of all the Dr Ramani videos ibe been watching on YouTube. (Definitely recommend to folks as, even though her specialty is survivinf narcissistic abuse, it also cross applies well to regularly awful toxic folks)
Just wanted to let you know that “narcissist abuse” is a discredit term made up by a guy who didn’t know what he was talking about. I’d be very sceptical of anyone saying “narcissistic abuse” as having credible sources. Narcissistic people aren’t awful nor toxic, abusive people are.
However I do think narcissistic abuse is a useful category of finding resources about what types of emotional abuse you had, kinda in the same way that domestic abuse doesn’t mean all abuse is domestic.
It’s too big a topic for a comment section, but I can see your frustration with npd being collated with abuse and a lot of the books on the topic all mark them as completely unable to change. On a personal note I’m currently at a stage where I’m reading the ‘these people suck’ books so I can stand up for myself a bit internally because of my own bad experiences. After I’ve finished those I’ve got some books on more about what’s going on that creates narcissism in the first place and hopefully has a more rounded and humanistic look at it.

I had a little read up on this before I wanted to respond, I agree with lots of the points in articles like this one:
