James has to earn it. Skulking around isn’t earning it.
I would say he has to work for it a bit more, but he IS pretty desperate. And he’s not part of the games yet, so spanking seems out. Even if he would like it ;)
I dunno, seems to me he has earned it pretty well. :}
And the nominees for absolute dead sexiest facial expression are Jefferson (panel 2), James (panel 3), and John (panel 4).
I think Jefferson’s the real winner in this scene. Purely because his sexy look is one of complete surprise. This was clearly the last thing he was expecting of his Young Master.
I love his “well I NEVER” hand in this page.

Tab, are you planing on making it into a pretty book with kickstarter by the end of it?
I’ve still got a bunch of comics to do for this one so a book won’t be on the cards until 2017! I’ll be using my experience with the shades of a book to make this one even more beautiful.
I was going to do a minority monster something this year but 3 pages a week over on patreon and house renovations is killing most of my extra creativity right now.
Looks like to me you’re already showing him some of it, man handling him like that!
James is going to have to beg for it. And even then I’d make wait just to make sure hes punished.

I’m not sure if James is more embarrassed or titillated over being discovered. Maybe he’s been imagining his servants going at it while hiding there.

Yep- mon and wed and it’s written on the ‘Gay buttlers’ section of the main website. I also do an extra update a week for patreons so they’re now an extra 2 stories ahead.
It’s awesome to know you’re hankering for updates- this is break from heavy hitting emotional work but I’m glad to hear it’s still got your interest!
“Hiding like an eavesdropping maid.” Cuz nothing smarts like being compared to a woman? I’m betting the joke’s on John, though. The maids are getting up to some pretty amazing stuff when the boys aren’t watching….
“Methinks” seems out of place with the rest of the dialog, time period wise. It rings more Shakespeare to me. But then that could just be part of the roleplaying.
Nah- it’s more about what a maid’s job would be- lots of moving around bedrooms, cleaning and pretending to not hear things.
Pretending to clean something would be a more effective way of hiding than sneaking into someone’s dresser.
