Sir, Butler and Boy ~ For Starters ~ Page 13
OHHHH SNAP
…The more I drew the thing John was whittling, the more it started looking like a buttplug. But I guess he needs something to do while the butler ‘polishes his silver’
The Shades of A hardcover books and Shades After paperbacks are now available in the store! I’m also giving a bunch of them away as part of the Shades of A Free Book Fund, so all hardcover sales give £10 to the cost of sending books to libraries, organisations and people who can’t afford them. Check it out here
This is a very interesting development. I wonder if James hid himself there and John’s known the whole time that their boss was eavesdropping on them this way. Really, I wouldn’t put it past James to go to such lengths to learn about his servants’ private lives.
It’s funnier if you read it not as John discovering an eavesdropper, but as him letting James out after locking him in there for nosing around in his business.
You’re right! I bet he’d do that too! LOL
That’s how I read it the first time. I was like dang, John, that’s cold XD
So did I! Oh, fastforward to putting this brat in his place? Aww, he’s only eavesdropping.
BUSTED. Pfft x3
Bahaha. I was not expecting that one! I wonder how long John was going to let James stay there if the topic never came up.
Haha. A part of me is disappointed they didn’t spend the entire evening talking about the silver polish instead.
Nuuu wrong login info. Darn you, gravatar. =.=
With enough sanding and the right varnish … hey, I’ve seen wooden butt plugs on Etsy, so why not!
I love how well John copes with all of this. I love his calm, strong, poise.
I must admit, the first thing that came to my mind when I saw what he was carving, was “figging!”
Figging is something I’ve read in SO MANY slash stories but I’ve never met someone who has done it in actual real life…
I have! It’s good. I approve. It was my first thought too :p
Well, I just learned a new vocabulary word ;)
Me too. Had to google it ofc, now I totally see the resemblance. C:
I didn’t know what that was, and I’m not sure if now I’m glad I do O///O
eeeeeeeeeeeee…. so ready for the next page…. and the next and the next and the next :) eeeeeeeeeeeeeee :) Loves :)
“It was terribly wrong of me to spy on you. I suppose you’d better punish me.” *hopeful smile*
I love love love that expression on James’ face. Sir has been busted.
I just noticed that the font face is wrong for Jefferson? Isn’t it italic for him and standard for James?
