I also can. It was fun when I was practicing krav maga and sopmeone would twist my arm. He stands there waiting for me to slap off [don’t know the term in English, it’s when one has enough so they slightly slap the sparring partner meaning “enough, let go”.]. And I am waiting for him to finish his move. Why did you stop, I don’t feel anything, you haven’t overcome me yet?
The English phrase is “tap out” :) yay, learning!
The same thing happened to me in karate. “Remember to tap out when it hurts.” It just didn’t hurt yet.
I had no idea that was supposed to hurt. Huh. This goes a long way to explaining why I can reach and scratch every part of my back but my bf can’t. I always just thought he was incredibly inflexible.
I can do that with my arms, but not that high up. Although I’m guessing the rope is pulling his arms up.

As much as I bitch, the linework for these only takes me 1-2 hours depending on complexity
I found that I can do it (although like m, not that high) but only if I do it the right way. I must do both arms simultaneously, one pushing the other up, if I am to do it. If one hand goes up first, the other can’t meet it.
I ALMOST just tried to see if I could still do this at work. Probably not the best idea.

Wait, are those shadows in the background people?
I would say yes. They are at a club and what they are doing is impressive and interesting enough that they have drawn an audience. What is truely amazing is just how unaware of the watchers you can be during an intense scene.
